Spring 2025 Competitive High School Season
What is Ultimate?
Ultimate is a limited-contact team field sport played with a disc. Points are scored by passing the disc to a teammate in the opposing end zone. Ultimate is a non-cut sport that welcomes experienced players and new athletes alike positive and friendly, yet competitive-minded coaching. Ultimate is a self-officiated sport that teaches life skills on and off the field. Watch Mounds View Ultimate in action in this highlight video.
